Dr Rabi Prasad Padhy is a digital executive with over 20 years of experience in the field. He is passionate about digital vision, strategy, and transformation, and has expertise in various areas such as business model innovation, conversational AI, big data analytics, blockchain, IoT, and more. He has a PhD in Computer Science and is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer at Crayon. Dr Padhy has a proven track record of developing new digital products and implementing digital innovation. He specializes in offshore delivery center setup and transitioning, building and managing offshore delivery centers for outsourced engagements, and ground-up building of delivery organizations. He also has experience in setting up global marketing and sales organizations for software products and IT services, driving sales and business development for various geographies, and new client acquisition. In addition, Dr Padhy has expertise in inorganic growth strategies such as M&A due diligence and new market expansions. He is also skilled in brand building, India entry advisory, and strategist for foreign companies wanting to expand their business in India and overseas markets. He has built and managed international subsidiaries for Indian companies, conducted market research, and has experience in building practices around SAP, e-commerce, SMAC, digital and cloud transformation, and more. Dr Padhy is a thought leader in technology, digital transformation, and intellectual property rights of digital technology.
